ATLAS

IT Cost Intelligence

It's not just about cutting licences. It's about understanding whether your business processes and the IT tools supporting them are truly working together.

Many SMEs pay for IT tools used at 20% of their capacity, or maintain processes that have never been questioned because nobody ever stopped to look. This is also true for AI tools โ€” Copilot, ChatGPT Teams, Gemini for Workspace and the like โ€” often bought in a wave of enthusiasm without a clear strategy. ATLAS is a complete diagnostic: I start from IT costs and work towards your processes โ€” understanding whether what you're paying for actually makes sense given the way your company really works. I don't sell alternative software. I analyse, map, and tell you where to act.

How ATLAS works

1

Send your documentation

Send us your IT contracts and invoices from the last 12 months. No direct access to your systems needed โ€” documents are enough.

2

Process analysis and cost mapping

Within 5โ€“10 working days I build a complete map of your IT spending, cluster by cluster: SaaS, infrastructure, support, licences.

3

Intervention plan

You receive a report with the inefficiencies found and actions ordered by estimated savings. I support you through implementation if you want.

Tools and process diagnostics

Before talking about costs, I understand how your company actually works. Each IT tool is evaluated in relation to the process it's supposed to support: is it really used? By whom? For what? Often I find tools that are paid for but abandoned, features that were never activated, or processes the tool doesn't support as it should. This includes recently adopted AI tools: productivity assistants, developer copilots, internal chatbots.

Process and cost mapping

I cross-reference the map of your business processes with your IT spending โ€” contracts, licences, SaaS subscriptions, vendor agreements. The result is a document that shows not just how much you spend, but why you spend it and whether it still makes sense to continue doing so.

Intervention plan

I don't stop at the analysis. I deliver an action plan with recommendations ordered by impact: what to optimise immediately, what to renegotiate, what to eliminate. In some cases the saving comes from renegotiating a contract; in others, from adopting the right process for the tool you already have. I can support you through implementation if you need it.

How much does ATLAS cost?

No upfront cost. You pay only on the savings you get.

The ATLAS fee is between 30% and 70% of the identified savings โ€” agreed with you before proceeding. I analyse first, then present the findings and a quote. Only if you decide to proceed, the fee is calculated on the actual savings. If I find nothing significant, there is nothing to pay.

Frequently asked questions about ATLAS

Yes, and this is often the most common scenario. ATLAS is an independent analysis that doesn't overlap with whoever manages IT day-to-day โ€” in fact, it becomes a shared reference point for making better-informed decisions together with your team or partners.

I handle all data in full compliance with GDPR and the principle of minimal processing. If the analysis doesn't lead to a project, the data is discarded. If you proceed, all the resulting technical output is delivered to the client.

You can act on the report's recommendations independently, or with my support as far as we can take it together. There is no obligation to continue โ€” you decide how much guidance makes sense for your company.

If you're happy with the quote and the project scope, an initial payment is made to get things started. The balance is settled at the end of the work. The fee is proportional to the identified savings โ€” between 30% and 70%.
