THRUST is quoted based on the complexity and scope of the project, defined together in the first call. There is no fixed rate: every situation is different. The first analysis session is free and commitment-free — from there I build a tailored proposal that you can accept or decline freely.

No. The analysis phase happens primarily through interviews and document gathering, without interfering with daily operations. Implementation, if required, is planned to minimise disruption.
Absolutely. Many clients use THRUST to get an independent solution proposal and then implement it themselves or with their own team. There is no obligation to continue.
I handle all collected information in full compliance with GDPR and the principle of minimal processing. Analysis data is delivered to the client at the end of the project and not retained beyond what is necessary.
