Every training programme begins with an analysis of your organisation's real needs — the gaps that emerge in processes, the difficulties teams face every day, the skills missing to take the next step. One of the most frequent needs I find today is around artificial intelligence: not as a technology to adopt because it's trending, but as a set of tools to understand, evaluate and use critically. Only after understanding what's really needed do I design the training.
