BEACON

Corporate Training

The most effective training doesn't start from a catalogue. It starts from an analysis of what isn't working in your organisation.

BEACON doesn't sell pre-packaged courses. Every training programme begins with an analysis of your organisation's real needs โ€” the gaps that emerge in processes, the difficulties teams face every day, the skills missing to take the next step. One of the most frequent needs I find today is around artificial intelligence: not as a technology to adopt because it's trending, but as a set of tools to understand, evaluate and use critically. Only after understanding what's really needed do I design the training.

How BEACON works

1

Needs analysis

I understand what isn't working in your organisation and where the real training gaps are โ€” not the perceived ones, but those that emerge from analysis.

2

Bespoke design

I build the training programme specific to your context: content, format, duration and sequence calibrated to the people involved.

3

Delivery and follow-up

I deliver the training and verify that real change happens. Follow-up is an integral part of the programme, not an extra.

Training needs analysis

I start by understanding what isn't working and why. Interviews with key figures, process observation, analysis of operational difficulties. The goal is to identify the skills that are missing or need strengthening โ€” not the ones that seem to be missing, but the ones that are actually blocking people in their work.

Programme design

I build a bespoke training programme: content, duration, format and sequence calibrated to your organisation. It can be aimed at executives who want to understand the strategic value of IT โ€” including a clear-eyed view of what AI can and can't do โ€”, project managers handling technical teams, or development teams who want to work better together and integrate AI tools effectively into their workflow. Often all three, at different times.

Delivery and follow-up

Training is delivered in the most suitable format โ€” in-person, remote or hybrid. Materials included. At the end, I verify together with you whether the objectives were met and whether the change translated into practice. Follow-up is not an add-on: it is part of the programme.

How much does BEACON cost?

Free first call. Then a quote based on the analysis.

The cost depends on the depth of the analysis, the length of the programme and the number of people involved. There are no fixed rates: every organisation has different needs. The first call is free and commitment-free โ€” from there I figure out together with you whether and how it makes sense to proceed.

Frequently asked questions about BEACON

BEACON works with three main profiles: executives who want to understand the strategic value of IT (including a critical read of AI), project managers handling technical teams, and software development teams who want to work better together โ€” including integrating AI tools into their daily workflow. Programmes are always separate and calibrated to each audience.

It depends on the analysis. A focused intervention can last half a day; a structured programme can span multiple sessions over several weeks. Duration is defined after the needs analysis, not before.

Yes, but the starting point is always the analysis. If you already have a clear idea of what's needed, I use it as a starting point โ€” then verify that it matches the real needs that emerge from the analysis. They often align; sometimes they don't.

Before we start, I define the success indicators together with you โ€” concrete objectives tied to participants' daily work. Follow-up is there to verify that change actually happened in practice, not to issue a certificate.
